​Precautions and Terms of Use

​

・We will refuse entry to anyone who is affiliated with an organized crime group or who is similar to that.

・Our shop is for relaxation purposes and does not guarantee treatment or effects.

・If there is inappropriate behavior or behavior toward the therapist, the treatment may be interrupted at the discretion of the therapist. Please note that refunds will not be accepted in this case.

<Body care massage is often thought to be effective for all people, but depending on the state of the body at that time, applying pressure to the body and promoting blood circulation may sometimes have the opposite effect. .

If any of the following apply, we may refuse the treatment for the safety of the customer's body.
Please contact us at the time of booking if any of the following applies to you. ＞

・Your health is unstable
・Pre-existing illness or symptoms/disease under treatment
・Pregnant
- Taking hormone-suppressing drugs
- Surgery within the last six months
・Early period
- Fever or symptoms of infection

・You have varicose veins (please let us know where)

・I have an injury

・Symptoms such as sprains and muscle strains

・Severe skin disease

・​within 1 hour after eating

In addition, if we judge that the treatment is dangerous, we may refuse or suspend the treatment.

 

ーReservationsー

・Please make a reservation by 17:00 the day before your visit.
・Please be sure to read the precautions before visiting.

 

−Regarding changes/cancellations–
・Since we are waiting for you from the time you make a reservation, we are waiting for you to proceed with preparations, so if you have no choice but to cancel, please do so by the morning of the day before. Please note that cancellation on the day will be charged 100%.

・We may not be able to accept advance reservations if there are two or more cancellations.

・If you need to cancel due to a sudden illness, please do not hesitate to contact us as we will take care of it..

・If the therapist is infected with an infectious disease, we regret to inform you that we will cancel your reservation.

ーAbout the dayー

・We will prepare treatment clothes, so you do not need to bring anything in particular.

・When using the Uphi course, the color of the herb may adhere to your clothing.

Please come with dark colored clothing or clothing that you don't mind staining.

・You can enter the store from 5 minutes before the day. Please cooperate with idling stop.

・All courses include a 5-minute foot bath and after-tea.

・When you use the service for the first time, we will provide counseling, so please allow 15 minutes.

・If you are in a hurry, such as when your next appointment is approaching, please let the therapist know.
